Exchange and Return
If you have complaints or are not satisfied with the product, you can return your order within 14 days, provided it meets the requirements specified at the bottom of the page. After receiving the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days.
Important: Return shipping costs are always the sender’s responsibility.
If the product is damaged, or if the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may deduct the depreciation or refuse the return request. Please handle the product carefully and ensure it is well-packaged when you return it.
The following items are excluded from the return policy:
- Custom-made items.
- Consumables such as bulbs, batteries, various types of gels and liquids.
- Items that for hygiene reasons cannot be returned, such as earplugs, headphones, underwear, and swimwear.
- Opened cosmetics and personal care products.
- Items that are damaged or incomplete, including items without original packaging.
- Free items received (e.g., the free product in a 1+1 free offer).
Simple Return in 3 Steps:
Step 1: Email us at vallegioo@hotmail.com.
Try to include the following points as completely as possible in your email:
- Why you wish to exchange or return the package.
- Any photos for clarification.
If the request is approved, we will send you the return form.
Step 2: Send your order
Send the items along with the completed return form to the address specified on the form. Make sure to include a Track & Trace code with the package. As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, and we want to avoid misunderstandings. Send the proof of Track & Trace to EMAIL.
Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account
After receiving the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within 14 days.
